By and not beyond 6 months from the cancellation of the (PRE), any citizen intending to move to Cuba can send their objects by loading them into a container (20 feet or 40 feet). Although the regulations in force in Cuba do not allow for the shipment of “personal effects”, such as clothing, those goods can, however, be sent inside the aforementioned container, issuing an invoice for an amount of less than 1000 USD, referring to them as “equipajes no acompapanado”.
